            • Visited SHHC dinner time as i saw Mattie flying & a short matey flying a 550DFC (can't recal his name). It was good seeing Matt again as i've not seen him for almost 2yrs. Matey flying the Trex looked smooth & controlled doing square circuits, tidy .

                • 6 flights on the 450 today and enjoyed every one there's life in the 450 yet

The grass has shot up in the month or so since I last went to that field so I was quite confident to give it a little trim

Almost a little too confident once or twice but no Heli's were killed so it's all good

The wind picked up a bit towards the end so I had a couple of high speed runs downwind

                    • Had 6 flights on the goblin up the field today but was windy as hell!. Came home and I've had 4 flights with the nano in the garden but it doesn't seem to like hitting the trampoline much lol

                        • Flew 4 packs today, I had a bit of wind to contend with but I'm getting more confident flying in it so no biggie.

Mostly flying at 1800-2000rpm on my 600pro concentrating on my banked turns as I've got into a bad habit of inputting pitch midway through and sending the heli skywards, seemed to pay off thinking and talking myself through it as I was holding pretty much the same altitude out of the turn. I'll give it a few more sessions before I try doing it flat out.

Practiced a bit more inverted hovering and landed my first auto after I've being simming them for what seems like months, Wasn't as high as some probably 14ft up to get a feel for them, floated down nicely even with 4000mah packs on board in the wind.

Hoping to get back out tomorrow with my spare blades fitted and try them from higher up

Then Friday will be spent setting the heli up with my new tx as it's meant to be a wet one.

                          • Had 3 flights on the Goblin and 4 on the mcpx this afternoon. Tried some tick tocks really high up with the Goblin but there a lot easier on the sim that's all I can say lol. Didn't crash it though which is good

                            • Had a great few minutes flying this evening with my reconditioned Twister 400 Sport until the gyro threw a wobbler. Then my Honeybee FP went in tail first like it always does and smoked the main motor. It's been crap from day one. Time to bin it! Then finally a good long 6 minute flight with my trusty MJX F45 until the wind caught it and it came down heavily in someone's garden. I think it was partly due to the onset of dusk and the failing light as I momentarily couldn't quite tell which direction it was travelling! Despite this and only suffering a bent skid I managed to continue flying it until the battery went flat.

                              • Fancied a quick hover of the MCPX in the garden. Ended well.... uploadfromtaptalk1398368076415.jpg

Just needed to push the main gear back up and back in the air.
