Did YOU fly today??

2x flights with my trex 600 ( I took it easy after I crashed it last weekend). 5x flights with my blade 300 and 6x flights with the mighty mcpx. Been flying for less than 2 months and I have to say that I am brain washed. I can't stop! My mcpx travels to work and I'm fortunate enough to fly it inside our warehouse at work. Today was a good day for flying. Great weather and the wind was not present!

After taking over a year getting round to building the VooDoo 400 , had its first couple of flights today ! (Has been waiting since September weather and time)

First flight with new Futaba SG14 as well feels smooth looking foreward to many more flights !

A big thank you to Buckers for the superb canopy with the voodoo doll and bats on!

Headed out to the field while it was sunny only to remember my tx battery was running low! Passed the range check before each flight but the low volt alarm went off towards the end of the third flight so had to call it a day!

I managed another first though which was to do a loop whilst doing backflips (dunno what it might be called)

Absolutely lovely day for flying on the south coast, 5 Flights with the MCPX BL done my 1st loop and my first flips.. Hit the grass a couple of times but no damage, Then 4 flights with the Trex 500 (lights ablaze)
I did find a problem with flying as the day light fades! heli lights work a treat but the fact i couldn't feel my fingers didn't help my control. lol.

4 flights on Goblin 570. 3 on Synergy N9. 1 on a Raptor 50 including flappy bits, And 4 in the dark on my 700 dominator

Had a brilliant day at midland 3d heli club, nice 3 flights on the Rex 600, 3 on the logo 600sx and 4 on the Rex 550, happy with my flying, still can't get to grips with inverted circuit's, just can't seem to get the bloody thing round. A good day though

the 600n dfc was a little sick as the left/right cyclic wobble that its had for a while has got a lot worse and is now unflyable
my graupner agusta 109 in the warwickshire and northamptonshire colours flew well
and i maidened my eflite big cub this weekend, which flew very well
my vario bell 47g3 had its drive pulley keeper come apart so was grounded

1.5 packs through the Trex 550 this afternoon before the heavens opened...

I managed 3 packs on the trex 500 on Friday, but had to stop as I couldn't feel my fingers...
No time yesterday and weather crap today..

Managed to fly these three yesterday;


3 flights on the 700e, 4 on the Hirobo and 4 on the leap.

If anyone is considering a leap then I can whole heartedly recommend it, especially on a 4s!

Ironically since putting it up for sale I've fallen in love with the Hirobo again. The addition of a governer and an align 2 in 1 unit has helped to make it easier to live with. It's turned out to be a beautifully smooth and accurate helicopter and the governer has made it that much more spritely.

Superb day at sunny MK for me too. I watched Richard V fly extremely skilfully and I pottered about with my helis doing circuits and figure eights.
Anjki went inverted into the long grass and saved it. There were gasps of admiration from me and the other onlookers.

3 flights on the 450 and 1.5 flights on the 700 before we had to run for cover from the rain

4 flights on the 450X and 5 flights with the 800 on the estuary sands with clear skies and great sunset.
