The Protos flies well also on low headspeed from a few vids that i saw.

Hi yes I'm using the MSH 500Kv motor and running about 2060 (ish) head speed. Now all the packs are run in and after some advise I'm going to up the head speed to 2100 (ish). I fly more sport style at the moment with a few light 3D moves, so I'm not really pushing the packs that hard.

I'm eventually going to run mine as a 14s 800, though just wanted to get going as a 700 with some spare 12s stick packs. So my governed max is 1,800rpm and running as low as 1,400rpm which feels great... still managed a nearly 200amps spike with only1,800rpm

Met up with Tony and got another 3 flights in at lunch. Made a nice change having a little breeze and the sun warming you up. A great session.

Arghh must dig my Protos out seeing those lovely pics.

Flew my Forza 700 today after its maiden yesterday,got it all dialled in but it hasnt given me the wow factor yet,it flies and feels exactly like my Rex 700 Dominator but the gear train is well noisy on it and getting canopy on and off with lipo wires is a right pain,lipo tray rails are not the most user friendly either being set back from front so far.

Its missing the ,wow this is good' feel that the Protos,Raptor 700 or Logo 690 has.

So must fire the Protos up next time.
