Met up with some of the Massive and got 4 flights in. After watching Dean do some very nice sounding overspeeds I thought I would have a go, more practise needed lol. Had to bring home and discharge the 5th flight pack as Tony couldn't make it for a go on the Protos today.

I want flying today with a mountain of batteries intending to have a marathon flying session. When i got to the field there was a cross country running event organised and too many people milling around for comfort. I did get three flights in before the running started including two with my 'new to me' Agile 7.2, so all was not lost.


The Agile flies great and even on it's first flights with no adjustments handled the windy conditions no problem. She's a heavy old girl (about 150g heavier than my Goblin 770) but you don't notice it in flight.

Managed to squeeze 5 flights in today between the rain and snow at North Notts flying club, 3 on the G380 and 2 on the 550E PRO DFC, a good days flying and excellent company, happy days

4 flights before the sleet here just before dark on my Logo 480. Nice and calm, nearly have it tuned up. Its taking some time for the tail, just a bit of wiggle left to remove.

First 4 flights this week for my OXY 3. Overcast, but calm. Had a really good session working on half piro-flips and inverted circuits. Hoping to repeat tomorrow and looks like the sun should be out too.

Had 3 today at lunch on the Protos again. Not the best session as the wind was blowing in my face and was causing my eyes to tear up. Still got some practise in.

Managed to get another 3 flights in at lunch today. A good little session today with some wise words of guidance from Tony. Also bumped into Brian and caught one of his flights before going back to work.

I had another flight in the garden in beautiful weather.
Still setting the parameters of the G pro on the 450.
I have reached the maximum swash gain and could do with a bit more. Does anyone know how I can increase it? Should I, for example, use longer servo arms? ( They are 10 mm at present, Align D 410 servos).

There is absolutely no wind here at the moment so I have been flying the 130 x round the garden. I had tremendous fun. I had five flights, two of them quite short as the batteries are shot.
