Managed 4 flights on the Logo 480xx this morning before work as it was forecast for the rain to come down by lunch. And yep the forecast was right. 4 good flights though this morning

Excellent weekends flying down at North Notts flying club, must have had at least 30 flights, all went well and all helis in one piece, which is always a bonus

I had 4 flights with my Trex 500. Loving it again.

I honestly don't think it's been as still (no wind) as it was today at our field in all the time I've been going, which is about 3 years.

I also flew my HiSky hcp100s, but managed to break on of the pins that holds the landing gear on. I couldn't get the broken pin out to swap the skids at the field.

I got ten flights in today. Weather was perfect for a change, one of the best days of the year (that's not saying much this year!). All flights were trouble free and the helis went home in the same condition that they left.

Four flights with my 550e this morning. Batteries on charge for later; just need to get all the kids and my partner off to where they are going today then i'll be flying all afternoon & evening :-)

I went to the LHC event as I was asked to demo fly last year
and the muppet at the gate wanted £5 to park
so I turned around and drove off
and then small model shop wonder why people stop going to them and use the internet

I flew my first FPV flights today. I spent about 5 batteries tuning the PIDs to where they looked and felt decent. Donned the super cheap Quanum goggles, and away I went.

I flew self level at first, but half way through the first battery, I switched to rate mode, where you fly like a CP heli and found it very very easy with the wide angle camera I was using. I was very surprised how easy it was to fly. I didn't even crash. I flew another battery straight after in rate mode from take off to landing. I can't wait to get some obstacles into the mix.

Looking at the footage from my mobius, it's obvious that the PIDs are way off being ideal, but you live and learn.

After 4 long weeks of not being able to fly due to holidays today was the day I got to fly. A very sedate first flight greasing the thumbs then 2 flights getting back in the groove. Also good to catch up with everyone and the maiden of the IRC Vortex. A very weird experience and a few crashes but great fun.

9 flights in total today. Would have done more but we spent ages looking for a lost quad.

Inverted hovering and a bit of flying is getting better now.

Purposely took out the Rave Ballistic and G380 today as I've bene thinking of selling these two models. Decided I'm keeping the ballistic as it flies great and even though it's an animal and scares the crap out of me I enjoy flying it. Knowing I have a massive parts bin for it too meant I had a go at my first autos today. Managed 2 and although I overshot the landing spot significantly on both the heli survived and had a smooth landing in longer grass so all is well. Need to work on those now The G380 though will be in the classifieds as soon as I get around to taking photos. I still prefer the Logo 480.

Just a few flights today as I was investigating a different spot. But someone got a few good pics of my heli. This one I like because the undersides of the blades are reflecting the colours of the canopy.

Managed to get 2 quick flights an hour ago before it got to dark on my main Raptor e700, tried out some new vbar settings and its flying amazing, nailed some of my best 4 point tic tocs too. Also got about my 20th flight now on some Cyclone blades and they are by far the best blades i have tried yet, need to look at getting some more now

Got one flight on my 450 too it was good fun
