Eynsford Model Helicopter Club
2 flights on Goblin 700C
4 flights on Protos Max
A great session at Eynsford today. A great club that made me feel very welcome and has a great atmosphere. Got to fly in front of a crowd which was good experience for GR but the nerves were there in force. Watched some great flying and even managed to borrow a NEO to test the Goblin nod. New NEO = no nodding. Had 4 good flights with the Protos but the nerves held me back.

Glorious weather today, yet it was very quiet at the club.
I managed to put 6 flights on my little HiSky HCP100S. Loads of fun and I didn't break it. Well I broke a previously broken main gear (in flight) but changed it for a new one and carried on.
Spent 3 packs finishing the setup on the Vbar Neo on the Trex 700. Did the optimizer flights, plus one for fun.
Then I started feeling dog rough, so packed up. I had to pull over on the way home to throw up for a few minutes. A touch of heat stroke I think.
Current fleet: Goblin Thunder Sport (700), Trex 700L, Logo 600, Specter 700, Henseleit TDR, V-Baaa control.
Next heli: I have pretty much everything I want. Maybe I'll upgrade some electronics or something.
Trex 450L Dominator (flown six times crashed twice)
Blade 230s (my hard working trainer)
Blade CPS (for smashing into walls)
Blade SR HUEY (too scared to fly at the moment, the 230s is going to end up in here)
Phoenix Sim
DX6i
Actually i have. but only on an hour trial lesson.
I think i'll stick to the cheaper ones!

Did a lot of flying over the last 2 days!! 5 on the Max and 3 on the 500 yesterday, then recharged and off to another club to take my A test. Then I was out this afternoon for a couple of hours on the slopes with a new glider. Sadly the Max V2 is still without a tail servo as the Align BLS855 that I was using went all weak and wouldn't control the tail, the new BK7006 will only initialise after you power the heli on then unplug it/plug it back into the vortex (something to do with it needs 5v to initialise but my BEC doesn't ramp the voltage up quick enough) so waiting for a new futaba BLS276SV tail sevo!!
All good fun and was made even more fun by having to use my lightweight and twitchy protos 500 to do my A test with!
MSH Protos Max V2. Vbar Neo, Cyclone 715, zeal, talon 120
MSH Protos 500 FBL. VX1e, Zeal 480
Trex 150. In one piece and flying well........for now!!
