flew with 10 from our club approx with around 70 plus flight had one near miss but that was saved by me!! getting better at forward flight as every week goes by, a right variety of nitro and electric, scale and pod and boom, align to mostro, goblin to synergy, logo 600 700 to raptor with flybar fantastic day.

I had 2x flights with my 700L.

I tried the Hobbyking RotorStar blades, and my Cyclones 695s on it.

Those Cyclones really bite the air. I'm sure the tail kicks more on stops with them on. Maybe I'll knock the pitch down a tad if I'm going to keep flying them on there. They also sound incredible.
The RotorStars are really nicely made. Flawless finish. Similar to my RJX blades, but with a more square tip and they're heavier by about 20g each. They fly fine too. Maybe a tad slower and quieter than the RJX I have, but they have a nice clean sound when you push the cyclic hard.

I also put a few packs through the X3. What a cracking heli that is.

I had the day off too, got 3 sessions in today. Not had a chance to do that for a while, managed to get through 30 flights

I actually had the most surreal flight ever today! It's the last day of our holiday in Cornwall, the sun was setting and the tide was still out so k headed down to the beach with the protos.

I put earphones in and put some music on for my first ever attempt at flying to music, needless to say flying on a beach with a setting sun as the background and a really nice piece of music was a cracking end to the holiday!!

The protos has stood up to about a dozen beach flights and the only damage I can tell is a rusty mainshaft!! The mini titan and 150 both got beach airtime too but the 700 never got a look in as there always poeple on the beach. Plenty of room for a 500 size protos but nowhere near enough to throw a 700 about.

Great flying conditions today, I managed a good session in the afternoon with 4 flights on my 180 CFX, 4 more on my OXY 3 at the field followed by a couple of mCPX laps of the garden. Hopefully more of the same tomorrow.
