Did YOU fly today??

Almost windless here today. Had eight good, back to back flights with 300X - ran out of lipos and couldn't recharge quickly enough! Followed on with two good flights with Blade 400 FBL. It did me a world of good. Helis cleaned and checked, all lipos recharged and ready for further action.

Pete was pushin the boundaries today with flips a couple feet off the deck which is a fair bit lower than previously well done mate keep at it

well did i fly today
think iv never flew so well feeling really good now with my align 500 got my set up spot on i think.

Did some really good flips rolls and think i might of frighten mark to
well think i did my self with some really close flips near the ground and done my lowest ever invert.

Mark was given me some really good vibes which really helps me along thank mark .
Then i said 450 going well mark is in it No its your 500 pete oh ye..
Trouble is now they look the same hehehehehehe.

damn its windy out there - quickly went to the field to test the new toy - what can I say ... first one I had a brain fart incident all the way ... had dialed in 40% of positive expo did a corrections and overall test - as usual spooled it up up in the air and flipped it and you know the rest shit - into all directions but was able to get it back upright, level and to the ground ... quick look at the transmitter - lol you fool (should have been negative) ... corrected it and still a bit sharp but ok ... tail needed a better setup, so a few ups and downs - changed the packs, few more corrections to the setup, next flight was much better but still could do with a bit of tweaking ... so did that before the third flight - all good - next steps: advancing the setup but it seems to be where I need it

Yep, overall a good day. It was pretty windy and it wasn't supposed to rain... but it did anyway! Luckily I had a couple tea towels to dry everything off. Try as I might to shelter the helis and stuff it was just too windy and my old BBC umbrella has seen better days, so I did get a bit wet but dried out nicely afterwards.

The Vortex on V3 is pretty darn good with minimal tweaks, just a slight increase in tail gain and it was good to go, no bad behaviour to speak of.

No, but did a quick hover yesterday after work at the backgarden to test the hc3sx on the 7hv and it was spot on. I will be flying tomorrow to fine tune the heli, 4 packs charged ready to be used.
