3 on the 550 and I finally cured the deadband! 3 flights on the 700e too. The 700 is now sooooooo much better now it's running in governer mode, the headspeed before was the same as normal mode which is around 1600rpm! Now I have 2050rpm in idle up 2 and it's just an amazing heli to fly!

Just waiting on new blades for the Gaui and spares for the 150!

Had 3 flights on the 500 today and again had loads of fun in all the space. Finally got the heli trimmed and increased the idle 1 to 88% flat on the first battery and started to do some simple forward flight. In the wind it was a bit nerve wrecking but managed to keep it in the air and all together. I did have a few moments to do with orientation so I think a bright tail will have to be purchased to help out when the heli is quite far away. I was getting very close to 20% left in the batteries so I even decreased the timer down to 5m 15 sec on the last battery.

Now on to fitting the CC Talon 90 and start looking at governed head speeds.

Had a one quick hover / maiden at the back garden to test and everything seems fine. I have been looking for a backup for the 7hv for quite a while just in case a mishap happens.Took this airframe from my mate and swap a few receivers. I cant wait to fly her properly on the field. 5 mins hover,left 3.95/cell on a 2000hs. Throw in all the spares I could find in my toolbox just to build this.

Had a really nice afternoons flying down the club today! Put 2 batteries each through the 700e, the 550 and my EBay special Gaui Hurricane 425!

I wasn't expecting much from the Gaui but it flies really well! Feels a lot like my 550 and it's fast too!

Some - well a lot - more backyard to try out the new DX7S, slightly tweaked electric R30, beater HK550 and some new parts on the Atom 500. I am really impressed with the radio so much that I don't want to go back to my old JR.

Great day down at field, set 2 helis up for a friend and had 4 good flights with the goblin 500 and Mikado Logo 400 :-)

Good day of practice today, the windy conditions made it a bit of a challenge, but the Agile 7.2 made light work of it.......

Eight on the 500 DFC, flipping great, loved it all.
The wind made a fool of me a few times, but heli was up for some butter-thumb collective panics, and all is in one piece.
Can't wait for tomorrow against grey silhouetting skies.....

Took the Goblin 500 out for a maiden hover this afternoon which went ok Be back up there tomoz to try again

Went to my Dad's for his 67th birthday with Logo in tow. So the old man could keep up with the heli I did a slow demo :-)

Had 4 flights with the 7HV and 2 with the Trex500 and I didn't enjoy a single flight because of the fcuk ing wind!
When I arrived back home I had 2 pints of Carlsberg and felt better

Had a great day tried my first inverted autos. First one was a success, second wasn't :-(
