Wicked days flying today down at South Hants, great turnout and nice to see a few new faces there too.
Dans maiden on his Logo went well, not so well for Don tho although the TSA looked a really nice machine, I detected a lot of 'likey' after the first pack but then the OWB wouldn't play ball.
I missed Andy's little mishap at the end, sorry mate.
In all though a really good day with lots of great flying in great conditions, finished off with one of my best ever flights :-)
Tried to upload some pics but for some reason 'computer says noooooooo'.
Roll on next weekend.
Facepage the photos mate

A Trex 700 DFC HV GTI VVTI PRO with a 105 on board.
How on earth people can even compare them to leccy makes me laugh lol
Not even a little Pyro 700 but I can see the attraction off the flight times but thats all. Yes you learn pitch control but they bog like a Citroen 2CV in 3ft deep mud

Bet that was fun,,, rediscovered my love of nitro a month ago but to be honest, will leave it for warmer days,, faffing about with blown plugs and glow fuel on cold days ain't fun - good reason to fly both types.

2 flights on the 700 ... one the 2nd flight the motor cut out while I was inverted and I was able to get it level but it then disappeared below surface for me to see with another 15m I'd say to go ... reviewing the cause revealed a poor solderjoint that came undone ... total bill of materials *cough* ... apart from that the model felt as a totally new model on my new transmitter ... placing the order and rebuilding I think it is ...

Onwards and upwards mate. Could have been worse it could have been in the big puddle!!
Half a dozen batteries in the master bedroom with a Nano, my first CP helicopter. After the mSRx this thing is agile but I suppose you've all been where I am now. Wasn't until the 4th battery until I could get it off the bed and into a hover without crashing. The learning curve has just got steeper.
