Absolutely. Although 2 hours isn't really enough. Takes 10 minutes to get there, charge for another 15, get about 6 flights, and then leave in time to be back at the desk.
Better than nothing I suppose

I consider myself to doing very well if I can get in six flights in a whole day!

I remember when I was earning a pittance but could fly on my way home from work. Or during work if I saw a good field. I used to really enjoy flying my gaui 200 in the forest just of the A31 as for some reason it flew great in my chosen spot. I think it was psychological rather than conditions.

The weather was a big unknown today, thick fog in the morning, no idea really what it was going to do, but 16-17 degrees. Anyway, it was flyable but very dull looking. Tried a 480Kv motor in the Synergy which seems just right, so that's a success. And the trusty old T Rex 500 that just refuses to quit :-)

I didn't think I would want to fly today. I came down with this lurgy that seems to be going around with a runny nose and cough, and I only started to have symptoms Thursday or Friday, I don't remember exactly. But when I woke up this morning I was keen to get out of the flat. So I took the Steam and charged a few packs. Turned out pretty decent, almost warm for about an hour in the afternoon.

I had a couple of flights with my stretched SoXoS this afternoon, very pleasent weather here today, but with the clock moving getting dark earlier.....

The weather was very good with almost no wind. I had five flights with the Tron and a couple with my new foamy pl... er fixed wing machine.

Perfect flying conditions where I was Saturday & someone turned up with a generator so I had endless charging, result !

Aside from demo the Tron 5.8 for someone & a couple of goes on the M2 I spent about 6hrs with the 580 Raw.

Possibly the best flying day of 2024 so far!

Almost no wind today, reasonably sunny and not too cold. I had 3 flights with the Tron and a few short flights with my epp plank. I caught some brambles when I landed a bit off the runway but I mended the tear in the wing with a bit of tape. it still flew well.
