Sorry I'm a bit late onto this thread, and interested to learn more about the one way issue. The only reason I can see for the sleeve to lock onto the mainshaft is if it has been distorted when attaching to the mainshaft but we would like to look at the parts to try and determine what the issue is in more detail. Generally speaking we would recommend lightly oiling the one way bearing assembly and not clamping the main gear bolt too tightly, this does not serve any purpose other than distorting the components, which could then lead to the one way bearing locking up.
Regarding the bell mixer sleeve, it sounds like a tolerance issue, please contact us directly if you feel any tightening of the mixer arm when doing up the bolt and we will supply shims or corrected parts.
Similarly, we are keen to support all N5 customers if they are experiencing any difficulties whatsoever - so far we have not see too many common issues but we would like to continue to build a database of any customer problems so that we can address them. Please feel free to contact either Ade or myself at Climb Out on 0208 668 8335.
