Finally got to put some fuel through my N5 yesterday but after 2 flights noticed the one way had locked up. Not wanting to stop continued flying it for the rest of the day.
Tonight decided to strip it down to take a look, only trouble is that it is all now locked completely solid with the mainshaft half in/half out
i.e managed to twist and pull mainshaft up approx 1cm so out of bottom bearing block but now completely stuck. Have tried twisting the mainshaft whilst holding the gear but all that happened eventually was I broke the hex driver I had inserted through the mainshaft head bolt hole
Any ideas on what I can do at this stage which is not going to cause complete carnage to the heli. At the moment I'm frustrated and just feel like throwing the whole lot at the wall
And yes I am a plonker for not assessing the situation before blundering in, in a heavy handed fashion
