and at least you have flown yours i am waiting for the weather to get better its blowing a gale here and i need to get some zap goo and then its ready t go can't wait :P

Amount of times I have been rushing and made such a silly mistake. 3 times in fact on a 600le I crashed and did not realise I had the tail grips trailing edge

But I know the feeling when it's not gone your way and you just want to put it on the fire!

Guy, give it one more go. Go over it with a fine toothcomb thin if it bins itself again for reasons unknown, get shot of it.

I had 3 crashes in 3 weeks on my first N9 which I couldn't trace. From memory it was 2 electrical failures, one mechanical which I think was something I missed on the second re-build! Still, it made a nice photo, and less than a year later I had another N9, which was awesome!

I give up with the N2.


I was soooo looking forward to this heli, it was supposed to be just like my V2 but better, sadly not, even my V2 stayed new for 4 minutes!


Fridays maiden lasted 2 minutes and after 11 hours running round fetching parts, rebuilding, repairing, setting up, re checking set up, repairs, and everything else todays flight lasted less than 20 seconds. For some reason I had no control over the pitch once it'd spooled up, other than that I cant be arsed to investigate further & Im not prepared to spend any more time, money or effort on a heli that has only been available for 5 days and has already been in twice!

One of my clubmates has it now and I'm going back to my Trex 600!

I shall wipe it from my sig and my Avatar and never speak Velocity again!

Guy, having seen T and Mark fly Mark's N2, you have to give it one more chance - it is awesome! With the YS56 in it climbs out faster than the 600EFL - Give it another go....if it lets you down again - flea bay it!

Well I had a fly with mine today and gotta say its awesome, Im very much a 90 electric fanboy after getting my 700e v2 and the 600efl but the velocity n2 has really changed my view its so good to fly it spins and flips like theres a shaft in the middle, the vbar does an excellent job of holding it all together and the servos are awesomely suited I am very very impressed with it after managing to knock out half a gallon of fuel....I could have flown it all day!!!!!

I'm glad your pleased with it Mark, its a shame it died as soon as I tried to have a go, someone was definitly trying to tell me to pack up and go home!
Pity you didnt get some similar footage of mine! Oh wait you cant do 300 frames per second can you? And thats the sort of speed you need to be shooting at to capture one of my maidens!

Sorry to hear it went in again Guy, i'm hopefully getting to maiden mine at some point this week. Just a couple of things I need to do first and then hopefully it should be ready to rock!
