Ditto, had to take advantage today. I put in 17 hours at work yesterday, so have been taking a good few breaks while working from home today.

6 packs on the X3 before 9:30am, and another 6 packs this afternoon tuning the tail a little more, it's flying great, just wish the flight times were a little longer.

My adventure back into the world of gassers has begun. I did the first flights of the Helix 700 I got 2nd hand and everything works great, just need a few changes to the governor settings, need an inbetween headspeed for idle-1 and then put my current idle-1 on idle-2, need to run smaller blades, like 710s (I have NHP 742s with the 800 stretch boom on it now but they feel a bit heavy to me). I'm quite happy though, the 'heebee geebees' are back! 'Something about gassers makes me nervous, in a fun way.

5 flights this afternnon and spent most of it doing inverted circuits, funnels & Piroflips the other way (weak side). All back home in one piece.

away in the caravan with the wife found nice spot to fly the old 450,but a little windy for the 150, camp site a little small to fly the old 600 nitro

Sunny Milton Keynes was very quiet today after having nearly 100 people there yesterday for the Grass Roots comp. There were only four of us there.

The wind was fairly light and I got in four good flights before some big black clouds came over. I am starting to learn stall turns. I had a success rate of about 3 out of 10 today, an improvement.

Loads on the 250 because I completely smashed the 450L in the middle of the 2nd flight, and the 550 is getting a new esc/motor because I blew them up last weekend!

Went through 8 battery packs with the 450 over 2 sessions and nothing bent or broken. Maybe I'm not trying hard enough.

I went through six than the canopy decided to come off and go through the blades, one bent tail, drive gear stripped and feather shaft bent. LUCKY
