It was sunny and fairly calm today so I had a couple of flights with the 130x and one with the 450. Just hovering round the garden.

I put 6 batteries through my little HiSKY HCP100S down the park. Crashed it some more. Still haven't broken anything.

Went to a friends field tonight had 4 good flights with my first inverted auto, chuffed to bits that it made it down Ok.

Round 2 of adjustment flights with the Helix gasser. the SK540 is pretty much dailed-in now and feels really good, just need to get my throttle setup tweaked a bit now. It was a perfect weather day.

4 more flights on the G380 this lunch. Practicing some inverted flight again. Need to do some more sim time practicing turns as I've yet to get it right, but I'm flying in a straight line inverted more confidently now.

went to the field with Dan22 tonight had a good laugh, got 2 more inverted autos in before I dumb thumbed it in on the third, luckily I got away with just 4 broken skid bolt, quick fix and back up again. Good to see Dan rocking his tic tocs and doing some big air moves.

An hour ago I looked out of the window and noticed the wind had died down. I grabbed the 450 and walked up to the heath. I took it out of the bag, set it up and lifted into the hover. A big gust of wind came along and the next thing it was 20 metres up and 20 twenty metres sideways. I got it back down again in a controlled sort of a fashion, put it back in it's bag and came home. Total flight time on transmitter was 58 secs. Yay.....

This morning I managed 5 packs on my 180 CFX and a couple of packs on my Red Bull 130X to finish. Finally a calm day, just a light breeze up on the field. Stationary back-flips and big air loops are now starting to feel more natural. Even managed a brief inverted hover before flipping back upright. Really enjoying my flying now and feel like I'm making some good progress
