  • Had 6 on the goblin and 8 on the mcpx bl again! Was no wind this morning but tonight was a little gusty but I had a good go. Here's my vid below of tonight, but be gentle with me as i'm still learning and have loads to learn but im getting there slowly lol https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O6djmA3cS3g

        • I can do inverted hovering and other sport flying well on the sim but struggle to really go for it for real. I'll have to bring a camera man for my next outing.

            yeah take a mate with you! I normally take my go pro but my mate moans that I never take him so tonight I did and he used my Kodak camera which seems better than the go pro

            • I use a go pro with a head strap mount. But it's too zoomed out for filming heli's. Go small quick even though it's not that far away. Unless I'm missing a setting during editing etc?? Can u shed any light

                no mate im the same as you I have no idea either lol. Take a normal cam and a mate its easier

                    • I squeezed in 6 flights on the 500 again today. Just some practise as the gusts were very strong and the heli was being pushed all over the place. Nearly had a moment or two but all home in one piece.

                      • 4 on the 700e and 4 on the 550! Both are flying exceptionally well at the moment and the stiff breeze we had enabled me to go very big and very fast, especially on the 700!!

                        • Clear skies but blowing an absolute hooley today, which made 3 on the Rex 450 and 3 on the Rex 550 mucho fun! The 450 did better in the wind than I expected it to. Enjoyed it.

                          • I went out for a few flights. Measured the windspeed with my meter and max was 8mph. Not all that windy; I was expecting 12 to 15mph!!
                            Helicopter pilots get it up quicker.

                            When the blue light is flashing I am kidding.

                            Why simplify when it is so much simpler to complicate.

                              • 4 on the 500 and 5 on the 550. There's a little bit of tiny wag on the 500, tried to move servo horn but anyway; it flies ok. 550 is a joy to fly, 650l motor is hot to touch as it's only rest is when Im changing packs. Good day of flying as the breeze is refreshing. Until next time.[emoji4]
