Yep.... My first flight on a 700E or any 700 for that matter - bloody terryfying, but I loved it!
It's big, bold, scary and very stable.
But I dunnow if I'll get with the plot TBH - 300 quid crashes compoared with 50 quid on a 500 that goes like a bat-out-of-hell...
Well, we will see!

Hee hee Brian, well, we will see...
550s are lovely in the wind, and this 700E is super stable and smooth from what I can see from a first gentle flight...
But I love 500s somehow - just mental power to weight - Its only a basic FBL 500NE with BeastX - from you but ist goes like a train - just soo fast and responsive - I love it and will have lots of fun with it -
Maybe bigger is better but I am loving thrashing the 500s about!!

Superb day at Frontier, set the tail up in rate mode on the 700,reset end point and did an optimiser flight, she was graceful as ever.

Bit gutted really as today was my last Sunday with the Frontier boys
I'm gona look after my little girl in the week and I've got a part time weekend job at Mercedes, really want to phone them and say I can't do Sundays!!

We've been flying to Music lately which has been super, lucky my music taste is kept to myself lol

It pretty much comes with me every time I go out flying. I was trying to practise a 1 minute inverted hover today, I thought it would be a piece of cake but soon discovered it's not easy to go that long, I get mesmerised and forget which way the controls work!

Just back from the field, another 5 flights with the 550, and now I've fitted a decent servo to the tail the wag has gone completely. Happy days
