Another perfect day of flying. Flew 8 lipos on the 500. Confidence is getting back. Tired, but it's worth it. Time to sleep.

Went flying today for possibly the last time before we start packing up ready to leave for the UK. Nice Blue Sky and no wind when we left. Still Blue Sky and little wind when we arrived at the field 1 hour later, but clouds looking like they were starting to build and the wind was changeable.
Had 1 flight with the re-built Blade 450X which flew as good as new. Then 2 with the Trex 550FBL with some old Lipos and a flight with the TDR. Had a picnic sitting in the Sun. followed by another flight with the 550 and another with the TDR and finally another with the 450X, which turned out to be the most exciting, due to the Elevator servo not working for the last half of the flight. Then finished off our picnic. Meantime, the clouds were starting to build and looking angry, so decided to pack up and try again tomorrow running off the last of the Lipos. Didn't even get the Goblin 700 out of it's bag.
When we got back, the heavens opened up and a Thunderstorm greeted us as the final bits were packed away. good day with only 2 possible crashes when I flew into the Sun with both the 550 and the TDR. Just closed my eyes and waited to see if they would come back towards me. They both did.

Another 4 flights this lunch. Very rusty but slowly it's coming back to me. Oddly my turns towards myself in a left hand turn are better than they were 6 months ago, but the same turn in a right hand turn end up in near disaster each time I tried. <brain is not working properly>

Flew the 450 after updating the ZYX to the new firmware and upgrading the servos. Fly's so much better, don't know if its the servos, the new firmware or just being re-set up more accurate than I did it the first time, really should have only done one thing at time but don't care too much because its flying so good!!

I've just got an item to sale on ebay & i'll be getting parts for my Logo, including some Edge 86mm tail blades to try. Yes the flybar is staying put . I was thinking about giving a 17T pinion a try but i'll hold fire on that for now. Ah forgot I need a lock for the bike so maybe I wont be buying logo parts
