It needs to be connected to an Rx (that is bound to your Tx if Spektrum (not sure about Futaba etc.)) as well so you would have struggled without a few more bits

ive just fitted and tested one on my 700 and it seems to work ok, setup was a doddle even without the programmer altho that would be handy for tweaks. now all i need is some glow plugs and a fbl head, anyone got any recommendations or a spare i could borrow as not sure fbl is for me yet.

I converted mystd head to flybarless on trex 500 and 600n. You only need to drill and tap the washout base to lock it to the main shaft, remove the pins that drive it from the head block so you can turn it 90 degrees, flip the grips and find some longer links to go from swash to grips directly. Its all reversible until you chop the redundant parts of the washout arms off.

Hi - I'm sorry I couldn't find the answer to this.
I am about to make my 450 pro FBL and going to install my new Tarot ZYX onto my Align Trex 450 pro with DFC head.
But I do not know what to select for the servo type for my heli.
my servos are standard.
Align DS410m and 520 for the tail I think.
Can anyone please help?

I'm waiting on parts. Had a tip when I was spooling up last Thursday...I ordered link arms which I thought would come with the socket screws I need but guess what - no screws!! I've just found out this morning that the screws are part of the blade grip spares so I have to spend £17 just to get a screw that will get me flying again! It's stupid!
But anyway, I'm having to strip all my servos to redo my set up and move the servo balls closer to center just like what the manual states.
