Was going to report, had the DS620's in my 700 for about 10 months now, flown it a fair bit, had one crash when the tail failed on me, ive checked the servos and they seam fine, only thing I dont like about them is they feel a little notchy when theres no power to them, but theyve felt like that since the begining without detrement.

Im now putting some DS610's into my new Velocity so will see how they go. should be test flying it tomorrow.
    All the best
    Tony.

I think the question here is "Do you trust Align servo casing?" and not Align servo per sa.

I have no complaint about their performance but found one of the lugs broke in my Align 520 tail servo. I put it down to tightening the servo screw too much. Must admit they break easily and I have been careful since.

Yep, it has never happened to me with Futaba servos and on very rare occasions after a crash!

      Cheers

Perhaps with the onset of colder days this problem is going to increase as plastic tends to be more brittle with reduced temperatures . I've not personally had this problem but from now on I will check all my helis for this problem .

Got one on my t-rex's tail, had no problems with it so far. I'll keep an eye on it now though, this has me worried a tad. Fingers crossed it will be ok!
