    520,610,620 i trust 410 no chance.

Just a note, the 610 and 620 are very hungry in power consuption according to many tests on Helifreak so watch you dont overcook the rx power supply.

Yes and no depends on a couple of things like will the screws go through them

actually I need to check that it might have them fitted......

I went through a good dozen cases in a short period of time with 520's on a SJM430 heli -I partly blamed it on the servo mounting arrangement on the SJM but I do think the cases are more brittle than most. It was the mounting 'ears' that would crack/snap, just like yours and it would happen for no apparent reason (i.e. not in a crash). They've been fine so far in my TRex 500 though.

Someone did suggest to try boiling the cases in water before use which should make them a bit more flexible. I never tried it though.

I'm not sure I would trust them in a nice expensive heli like a vibe again!

I voted "Servo's are Good but Cases are Crap!" because that's how I see it.
I've personally had lugs snap off 4 or 5 times while using them and have seen it happen on a mates Aurora too (no damage caused, it just felt weird to fly).

Good performing servos IMO, but the servo case tops of the 600 range are weak.

I still use them though because they work well and the case tops are cheap as chips and easy to replace. That said, I've not binned a heli due to this failure as yet... that might change my mind!

In defence of the 410 servos, I'm using the 410M servos in my 450 Pro and they work great. I have the 410 (not metal geared) in my 250 and they worked fine while I flew it.

            YMMV
            Cheers,

Running ds610's in the cyclic on one of my 700's and no problems as yet.

Also got a ds620 on the tail.

As Rob says until the heli is binned by a faulty servo I will continue using them.

Best value for money I have seen by a long way.

Align servos in all helis in my fleet. I'm with the above in that until i have a problem i won't change.

Carefully monted servo cases "floating" on the rubbers should not fail in normal flight IMO.

I had an issue with a 410M on the 450 pro binding on the case but again this was down to fitting and its a tiny servo thats tricky to mount on that particular heli.

I should add - I've only had the lugs on the 610 servos snap off - I have used the 620 as a tail servo on a few helis and never had one snap yet.

They use the same casing though...
                      Cheers,

I realise the poll is multiple choice, but voting for all 4 options is just a little odd
                        LOL

I had too. I wanted to see the results as i have bought some some, but I had to vote first.

The only way to keep it fair, was to vote for them all

I hope they are OK - my 600 has nothing but Align (oops - I have a Futaba on the throttle)

i was under the impression this was fixed a long time back. perhaps that info was wrong or is that an older servo?

i have 3 spank new 620's in box for my velocity so wondering should i sell em now or use em.

                              cheers
