Thanks Andy. Mine are early models with no USB port. It's a brand new opti 2s rx pack and it hasn't even been in the air yet. This is just on the ground so far. LED is always on but brightness changes as voltage changes (lipo charging from rx pack) .

Probably best to return it and we will re-issue you with a modified version but it will still shine on the main LED's. You might want to check the quality of the RX pack too as modern HV systems can pull very high instantaneous loads.

THanks. I'll get them posted off tomorrow or Friday. The Rx is a brand new (bought last week from fastlads) 40C 3800 OptiPower. I did notice that the IR was unusually high. Cell 1 was 8mOhm and cell 2 was 13mOhm. Could it be a faulty pack then?
