Thanks For your reply Bavers,
I don't mind the bigger blades or the cost. I just didnt want to install the top end stuff when i dont need the higher engineering requirements required from those stresses from those hard types of flying.
Thnaks fo rthe link to the servo type. They are very wallet freindly. The motors & BEC too. Leaving me to allow more money on the flybarless controller etc. It's noty that I haven't got the money but i just dont want to have to put the competition level kit into the 820 when I wont produce the stresses on them or require the speed and feedback that the 3d pilots have mastered.
I note yours is still in build and you have an expensive fleet. For me I didnt tell the other half it will require another £1k at least spent on it so I'll have to trickle build mine over the coming months whilst trying to do up the house and fit in these expenses without her noticing.
I have a Q for flybarless units - I see some with the gyro externally mounted like the VBar etc and some without. Do some have all the gyroscopes house within these units and also a receiver too? Or do i need to buy an external gyro & reciever for all flybarless units? I don't mind shelling out a bit more money for these components for the easier to use/one unit does all types if my thinking is correct.
As for your last comment - I need to use that excuse - "I was doing hard smack 3d before it went in!"
Thanks again for your reply, very helpful and put my mind at ease.
