Mate, it's your One way bearing had the same thing happen to mine a month ago, cleaned and regressed all ok.
Mine was overspeeding which then shut the Esc down.

Update: I am checking my logs now and also my settings especially for the CURRENT LIMITING. Looks like the screenshot I posted earlier is not current because it's now showing me Insensitive (180A) on the software after doing a read from ESC.
so maybe it could be the OWB?
and if it locks and spins the motor when going backwards........
Hey.
No, the motor will be going the correct direction as if it was driving the rotors. With brushless it makes no difference to drag if it is going forwards or backwards, as there is not physical contact from anything such as the old motor style brushes.
However, the amount of inertia still in the spinning rotor blades will keep the motor spinning nicely. It is only from a stand still that the cogging action becomes a problem.
I've had one-ways lock up and the model keeps flying, it's only when you land that you notice.

If it was the owb, the blades wouldn't spin so freely when landed, if they spin freely forwards and lock and spin motor going backwards then owb fine.
It's not so black and white, on mine you could not fault it on the deck. If I was really gentle I could fly a whole pack, soon as I loaded up the head, the owb would slip and overspeed the motor ( you could actually see it happening in the logs.
I just cleaned out with brake cleaner and regressed with the proper owb grease that came with the kit.
Mine took me a week of soding about thank god I didn't spend out on a Esc lol
