ohhhh, even better. i'll order some washers then and forget ordering bolts.

        thanks for that.

already ordered the blocks 15 mins ago...£50 quid spent for both helis. if i can find one of my old 500 masts i'm made.

        cheers

Is it just me but as much as I've liked my Align Heli's I'm just getting a bit bored and peeved with the incessant user fixes/hash ups/bodges/major engineering feats for their SHITE R+D and lack of any time spent testing products?

Maybe I'm just on a rant but it is now becoming a joke that they can't even get 1 Heli close to right before they release it on the usual suspects who are over happy to overlook it again and again and sort it for them without even a whiff of a free fix once Joe Public has sussed what is wrong and fixed it for them...DISCUSS

when my 700 was apart last night it was so close to take the engine and radio out to sell it for a vibe 90 or a turbulence
maybe align should be paying us for the r&d they didn't do

You are completely right but it's been the same from day one

All helis have issues but Align are now just taking the P

phil, i've had every align heli ever made at lauch with the exception of the 250. each one i buy i say never again and yet i keep doing it. i buy them knowing they will need tweaked. with that said i have never ever built a heli and left it as it comes out the box.

for the most part align helis are good and value for money is exceptional, sure they will not be for everyone but they have got a lot of people into this hobby and for that i tip my hat to them.

to date the worst heli i've had is a knight 50, now people rave about them but it's been a rocky road, perhaps align in time will follow suit.

                  cheers

Its certainly putting me off from buying a 700 until Align sort the problems, the potential upgrades just add more cost to an already well expensive heli. Will they 'fess up and admit there is a problem or two and bring out a mod kit or even a V2? Probably not! Do their sponsored pilots have any problems????? Just who do we have to email at Align UK to provide some quality feedback and constructive comments to?

its good value tho..to be fair
and if i had to buy a cheap 90 for stefan it would have to be a raptor 90 or and trex 700 on price only.but maybe the raptor 90 is a little more durable but a little heavier.so if you guys had to choose what would it be/cheap 90 wise

don't get caught up with the weight thing
my 700 is now no lighter than my raptor 90
and in my hands the 700 is no better than the old out dated raptor

I know certain folks have had problems with their 700's Shaun....... But I am one of the thousands who hasnt had a single problem with my 700 yet.

Yes I do fly it every week and give it some stick.

                          Maybe I'm lucky.

                              Having had both. Trex700.

You will find it a lot harder to explodacate in mid air. Modern design, Dont think you could Match the speed and torque of 3x8915's on the swash. Anyway I thought you were going with the Xtreme 90?
