I had a good day at sunny MK but the OWB on my 600 packed up again. It was a bit blowy but good fun. It was nice to see Connor and Graham Sloan.

I haven't seen that sight for about 4 years.

I haven't seen Connor flying for about a year (he was threatening to sell his helicopter!)

Yes. Nine flights on a windless Friday afternoon, followed by a breezy Saturday and finished off with a great Sunday afternoon. Lost count of the number of flights.

Not today but yesterday. The weather was a bit cold but sunny (as usual at sunny MK) with a few cloudy intervals. It was dry and there was no wind. I had some good flights. My hovering manoevres and stall turns aren't too bad when the wind is below 5 mph.

I watched some excellent F3N type flying.

It's been a great autumn weekend for flying nitro! Myself and retro Rich Middleton were flying a good chunk of Saturday.

Just bashed out 10 flights on the quad. Not bad considering I only have 2 packs. That’s 5c charging for you :-) Mixture of LOS freestyle aerobatics and goggles on low and fast finding stuff to harass. Never flown so much actually enjoy it.

Just go out with 10 pre charged turngy packs and fly for an hour. By the time you've finished you'll have a pack or 2 recharged but in the meantime fly your 450. Sensible and clean and quiet other than blade noise.

I'm going to get a battery sorted for my dx7 in the new year as we're getting a new laptop so I can start simming again to keep my skills progressing.

Rain forecast so got to LARCS before sunrise this morning. 3 fantastic flights in dead calm.
Then on to LMAC for another 6 before the rain arrived. Great morning.
