Got 5 flights in today back to back on the 600L. Had the field to myself. Great session A bit foggy tho!

We had lots of flying at CMHC today early because of the club AGM.
Managed two good flights on my E550 tri blade but lande,d heavily and cracked the landing struts😒 Not a big deal in itself but who has parts? No luck at any of the usual places! Will have to try Eddies on eBay.

Anyway also wanted to point you towards Shades post because today we agreed to offer our club venue to 'KeepGrassRootsAlive! So all you pilots that said you would enter if it was on now is your chance, please let us know and we will see what can be done?

Six flights today. All on my own again, the field has been quiet lately. Four flights on the Trex 700X and two on the Goblin 630. Nothing exciting but no problems either.

I have a cold so I didn't go to sunny MK. I finished repairing my Tarot quad and gave it a quick fly in the garden, for just long enough to take the battery down to storage charge voltage.

It is difficult to tell in a confined space but it seemed fairly good.

5 flights in today on the 600L. The main man at my new club was there to give some helpful advise on my turns, particularly cyclic management. So felt i had some progress today!

Had a really nice day up the flying field today. Tamas came all the way over from Bristol (great to see you again bro!!!) and we had a nice chilled session up the field. I've not been able to fly much lately but I really felt the love for helis today and I started to get into a groove again.

Thankfully i've got the next few weekends free along with a decent bit of time off over xmas so i'll definitely be spending a lot more time at the sticks!

Had a full arsenal of packs charged and ready today, but didnt get them all spent. Waiting for the low sun to disappear behind the clouds and then the rain came!

Still got 4 flights on the 450L, 2 on the 600L, and 1 on the F550! and a big mac! get in!

Got 2 flights in on the 450L, 5 on the 600L and 1 on the F550.

Had a mixed day today. Thought i would push things along, and with the 450L being the cheapest heli in my fleet to crash i went for some stall turns. Which were not very smooth at all, but was improving towards the end of second pack.

Had another go on the 600L and things were starting to look better. Bigger helis just fly so much better. Need to make sure i begin my climb all square. i found if its not the heli does not come out very well and can end up going in all directions!

Anyway the big story of the day, did my first LOOP!!! Thought sod it, last pack of the day, i am going for it. I had to land it afterwards and have a moment lol. Nearly shat myself!

Went really well, i had done 3 by the time the pack was spent. So definately a first today. The first time i have ever had a heli (although breifly) upside down. A little victory today in my mind!! Put a big smile on my face all the way home!

A quick two flights in today. Was late to the field. One of those days everything is conspiring against having time to fly.

More loops and stall turns. Well away now!
