Two flights today with the Trex 550L. I don't think man and machine were in perfect harmony today having just finished nightshift!!! Getting a bit cold up North too. Only 7 degrees. Almost time to hibernate for a few months...Roll on spring.

Yeah I've noticed the colder weather recently. Do you find it affects your control? My hands were getting a bit cold last time I flew and I think I lost a bit of feel. Holding the warm battery after each flight helped a little!

Hi. Yes the fingers were getting a bit cold and the winter sun always makes the model tricky to see. Going to try some very thin gloves soon but may fly a plank first to see how it goes.

I was thinking of trying an old pair of gloves with the top of the thumbs cut off.

Just converted my Goblin 700 standard frame to comp,just using an old 770 canopy for the mo,doesnt match but looks ok,had 3 successful flights with it plus 5 with 450l and 4 with 180 cfx,good test afternoon

What a beautiful day, 3 flights on the awesome e700 RMJ and it's really coming together. My 2nd flight was the best of the year, it's these flights that make your week. The piro loop still evades me but I'll get there. Dunc was flying this afternoon and I reckon he'd had an extra Weetabix, incredible flight. It's not often we applaud out loud up the club, we see awesome flying every week but this was special and well deserved.
