After attending a 3hr training at work, went to the field with the 7hv. 20mph of breeze is nothing for the big bird. I stood under the shade of the tree and the nice cool breeze is really refreshing while flying. Enjoyed every minute of the 6 packs that I have.

3 flights with the goblin this afternoon and 4 with the mcpx bl

Had a good go today
4 flights with the 550
4 with the 700
2 with the 450
And 2 with the foamy plank

The backwards figure 8's are looking better after spending a fair bit of time on them today

Need to invest in some low light type glasses as it was a bit shadowy sat under a big dark cloud

I got 4 flights on the 500 today and managed to get a flight in on the Goblin. Very happy with the set up on both now, thanks to Tony for checking for me.

Getting more and more confident with inverted. Just need to get the orientations locked in now.

Just had 4 flights on my bl mcpx trying some new moves out. They seem to just bounce unlike the crap 150 I spent loads on which no longer works

7 flights with the 500 and 2 on the 600. Counterclockwise inverted circuit is going smooth. Third lipo on the 600, upon backflip to inverted nose in hover; elevator link came off. 5ft off the ground head first. The crops made a good cushion and I was fast enough to flick throttle hold. Got off, lightly this time. Damaged was a set of blades and a bent pitch link. I must admit, I have not flown this heli for a long time and not even bothered to do pre flight checks (my fault)[emoji20]. Did a thorough check this time, checked vbar settings and my pitch and cyclic pitch were way off. She is ready again to fly tomorrow now with a clean bill of health.[emoji3]

6 flights with old faithful 550dfc
upped the headspeed change rate to 18 in the ice 100 to speed up bailout spool-up but still a bit slow, might have to max it at 20

the dampers are showing a bit of slop now so i'll put some fresh ones in tonight for Weston Park this weekend

Managed another 5 flights on the 500 today and started to try different ways of flipping over to inverted. A few scary moments but was high enough to save them. Roll over to inverted still needs practise but forward flips are coming along nicely.

Also got the Goblin out for a flight but wasn't so adventures. Only managed a couple of forward flips to inverted and managed a tiny bit of grass cutting.
