put my Trex450 up today enjoyed it with dogs after my ankles. and carried out a bloody good preflight check

Yes I did and boy am I rusty.

Haven't flown since early December due to Christmas, associated family commitments, workload, illness etc etc etc

Had one flight with my flybarless Xcell 90 on a very wet and slightly snowy field, and it was like being a beginner all over again.

Met up with Valerco today. Got to see his 600 logo in the flesh and it's a nice looking machine. I've had 2 flights on the mcpx bl and now that I'm used to it I was able to hoof it around a lot more. Not sure if i managed to convince Matt to buy one though ;-). It rainbows and tic tocs lovely. Oh yeah, forgot to bring my fuel for the 700 DOH!!!!!! You will see it fly one day Matt, promise.

LOL who forgets their fuel ay? Well impressed with that brushless mcpx, didn't expect it to fly so well! Im tempted... Hopefully next time I'll give you something more interesting to video, still getting used to the logo and need to sort out that tail (thinking maybe stop gain? But will have to go pro)

It was a nice solid flight on your logo and no need to go all out in the early stages.......there's plenty of time for that later. I would try some faster backwards flight or a fast funnel if you're comfortable with it and see how the tail looks then. If lowering gain some more doesn't resolve the issue then going pro might yield some results. I still reckon stop gain would cause consistent bounce back which you're not getting. Maybe having the tail optimiser could help.

took my 450 pr out today was having a blast doing big loops and big flips working on my inverted all was going well until my 4th battery and to my surprise my helicopter did its on back flip and carried on doing them no input from me changed this so i hit throttle hold while it did the 40 foot drop in to the mud

Ive not looked at my helicopter as of yet but the elevator servo survived and the tail servo is fine the other 2 are stripped my Rx was not flashing and still had a solid red light on and after it hit the floor i had servo movement back except for the 2 front busted servos I'm not sure what I'm going putting this down to yet i was going to get a v bar but i think ill by a spectrum beastx less wight on the model and less wires then i got a little money left for upgrades
still ill get it fixed up this week and get the parts needed to replace my stock...

Put 4 packs through my mini Titan today, blowing a gale though! I find it awesome fun flying in high winds though, feels like the helis surfing on the gusts... Landing made me pucker a bit though!

10 flights on the 130x this afternoon and stuck it in quite hard on the last... oops...

Still, a nice new canopy and head wont hurt (only plastic though) and i couldn't resist throwing a DS35 in the shopping cart too while i was at it so tail hold shouldn't be an issue anymore

Shame it happened so late in the day, has screwed me for indoor flying tomorrow night, oh well, back in the air next week, getting very tempted to buy something slightly bigger, maybe 450 size... hmmmmm lol

Maiden'd my 450 with hc3sx today flew 10 packs and can't wipe the grin off my face

Put 3 sets of batteries through the Goblin. Starting to get my confidence back after all the crashes Ive been having recently. Loving our new club field but Its too bloody cold to fly.
