NO, but I should be. Its been windy and raining for 4 days solid until this morning...I awoke to clear skies, no wind, but visiting relatives all day. Grrrrrrr.......

As I've got time to fly tomorrow I bet it will be raining again.

Just back from 2 test flights with my recently vbarred 700 LE. It flew amazingly well with no major vibe issues, etc. and the vbar logs were pretty clear with only 2 extreme vibrations in 18 mins of flight. Only had to up the cyclic agility as everything else was great. Bring on the better weather.

tried to , took out the 450mt , got it ready and tropped the transmitter on the floor , broke , one of the switches on the side (idle up) and broke the stick on the right , doesnt spring back when released ,
are the controller modules universal, ?

so , no didnt fly , going to get a big bin and put in 2 450's and a half built up 500esp. getting hacked off with it all, some one out there , doesnt want me to get airbourne.

think im going to stick with my old hobby , the hayabusa , and the pc

2 flights on the 600n , good apart from the light making orientation a PITA, and a horrible tail wag.

Shows how much my flying has come on though, a few months ago, I wouldnt have dared to do a side in hover with a wag like that.

Managed to pop out for a couple of tanks during the break in the rain. Just pootling around but nice to get it out of the system

For a cheap ARTF 550 it flew very well, then the rain came just uploading vid now

3 short flights before it peed it down. Nice natter/banter in the clubhouse :-)

First battery was kind of unfortunate, the heli flopped over (TH rules!) with no tail authority at all. It turned out I did not push the tail properly into the holder, meaning the torque tube was not connected. Managed to fix it today, checked blades (not a scrape on them!), cyclics and setup, and finally hovered 4 more batteries before it started to rain.
