Tail wag with upped throttle fast

On my RCE-BL25G it has written on it 5.5v-16.8v 25A.

So I guess its important to make sure sure its set at he 5.5v position just to be on the safe side.

OK I know Mikes helping me out with this, but I now have the GY401 and if I hike up the throttle fast I still get the same tail whip.

The control has improved ten fold, and I've learnt to compensate for this happening, but one time it's going to happen with to much happening at the same time and its going to bite me.

The Gyro gain is up to 140% even maxed at 150% she still whips?

I've got the DX6i arriving on Tuesday as it has easier menus and other refinements over the DX6, good as it is, but the tail whip is a real pee off, now I've got a good Gyro it's still come back to haunt me.

Other than that she's flying like a doll, with improvements needed, as I still haven't been able to attain the level of stability Mike did last Thursday.

Any ideas so I can experiment a bit before he can see me next, please.

if its whipping just as you increase throttle then holding solid without a wag it sounds like a delay problem wayne. try upping the delay pot slightly

Thanks Ron, I have a digital tail servo and they say it should be set to zero, but regardless of that, I'll do as you say and report back my fndings

Thats alright mate, but have you any ideas what settings I could change to stop this.

There must be something silly I've missed on here, as when Mike had her last Thursday he managed to get her where there was a slight wag, only very small, and the handling was out of this world.

I've in all honesty got about 80% of what he managed, but the power up thrust when you hit the throttle hard is just as bad as on the old Gyro right now.
