I use big_shrinker on eBay. The low temperature stuff is the best as it shrinks great with a hair dryer. After its shrunk it is extremely strong.

recently turned som 6s 5000 thunder powers into 12s stick form (one behind the other) and shrink wrapped em' I used 125mm and wouldnt go much smaller than this.
