Love the 500's but wanted to try something bigger and different as i don't use my dirty dirty Rex 600 Nitro much

My new baby arrived today

Ray, looks good so far mate, I think 'leccy is starting to settle at what would be .30 sized. Hope you enjoy the build and take plenty of pics, it'd be good to see them alongside my Logo 500 3d build

I am going thru the motions of trying a Logo 500 at the moment which is Outrage 550 size,mainly because i want something a bit bigger than my Rex 500 but offering better 6s performance than my Rex 600 gives.

The Outrage 550 would be a second consideration of mine if the Logo experiment doesnt work out so i will follow this thread with great interest and would welcome your comments on the build etc.

Ok guys i will dust the camara off and keep you informed.

The only things i've got so far is a castle creations HV-85 esc and i've ordered a couple of 6S 5000mah 25C batteries from budget-rc 'cos the're so cheap.

Rapt50 has given me a motor but i'm not sure yet if its suitable.

I've got a plettenburg 20-10 fanned motor sat here but I've plumped for a scorpion 4200-1100 for the logo, have a nose and see if it's any use to you.

Paul, feathering spindle is 8mm dia and 76.5mm long.........that a bit of a strange question if you don't mind me saying lol

Yeah I like to ask strange questions, keeps everyone guessing!

I was just wondering as if one planned to run 600mm blades instead of 550mm blades one would want an 8mm spindle setup.
