Restoring Concept SR X

Hello all
I have been given the front section of a Concept 30 SR X and would like to get it built up and flying again. So I am looking around for parts. Mainly for the whole tail end but I am interested in any parts people may have.

It will be a bit of a long term project as I need new cyclic servos, gyro, etc so will be building it up as cash allows. Looking forward to getting this project going

I have found midlands and ebay very good to supply the parts for my Concept dx, have a look there.

There is a guy with an Ebay shop called something like 'Rons Heli Spares' that has lots of Kyosho parts. I don't know the boom diameter on those but it may be possible to substitute a more common boom and tail unit.

i still have a fully running srx with all the zeal upgrades i could find love the little thing but dont use very much but if u need anything have a fair amount of spares

A little update. I have stripped the engine down and everything internal seems fine. There is a lot of burnt on fuel on the crack case that is hard to remove. I have managed to get hold of a tail boom and new side frames as the left hand one is damaged. Always on the look out for parts as I can afford them.
Now my Mini Titan is finished and flying the SRX is the next project I am planning on working on. I am going to do what I can, strip down the head, check and clean bearing and check for more hidden damage. Between family and work I will find to to crack on with it some time lol
