It would be better if it supported FASST aswell as FHSS. I don't know why they haven't included this. Surely there's more people using FASST than the FHSS with futaba because it's been out longer?

I initially thought that £185 was a tad high untill I managed to see one in the flesh the other day.
This does look very good quality. The heli's is upgraded out the box with a chunky and really nicely machined aluminium head, proper servo's and what appears to be a full 3GX unit.
The brushless motor and tail motor aren't small by any stretch with huge amounts of power, and the tail apparently holds excellent (batteries weren't charged when I saw it).
All things considered I think its a good price in comparison to other heli's on the market and I for sure will be getting one.

I could be wrong, but I believe that a Futaba receiver or a Spektrum satellite needs to be added by the purchaser.

I think you're right, I've looked at the pictures and it shows the satellites as 'optional extras'

That makes it effectively a £200+ unit!

I think it binds to Futaba out of the box using the FHSS protocol but not the FASST system. But you need sats for JR and Spektrum.

It would make sense that they are native Futaba as Align already use this for the 450 BNF

I doubt that they would get permission from Spektrum/Blade to use their system as they are in direct competition. So it looks like they've used a Futaba system and incorporated other makes via sats much as some FBL unit do
