I think you're right, Andy. The S3152 can be had for less than £20 and it's doing the job on my 600.

I just was considering the Savox cos 1) they seem to have had good reviews and 2) the LHS was nearby.

As I am sure you are aware Savox and are what Align use, so yes they probably are a good servo.

Well, my old mucker Rob (dedcalm) has a whole stack of new S3152s and graciously let me have one such that I can continue on with the build! Much appreciated Rob - I'll get the replacement too you shortly.

Done a bit more tonight. Installed the throttle servo, bound the AR7000 to the DX7, got all the servos at 90 and made up and fitted the links.

I'm gonna do the head setup tomoz.

Found this from Midland Heli, a little extravagant but great idea. They also sell a set of ball link adjuster for £7.95, fits on the end of each link making adjustment easy, saves on blisters.

Build question: What settings do you guys use on your swash mixes? I've dropped mine down to 55%. Is this about right, or is this still too high?

Build question: I'm just about to do the fuel plumbing on the heli. As you may know, I have an OS 91SZ-H Pumped engine.

I'm sure I've seen some pics on hare as to how best to do the fuel plumbing but, try as I might, I can't find them.

Can anyone point me to them please?

BTW I am not using a governor.

Well, I took a half-days leave today and did a bit more on the 700. She's pretty much complete now, with the exception of pitch and throttle curves and gyro gain etc. I've configured the Quark - my word that was easy!
