interested to see as i now have 10 batts (2100,2200,3000,4200 revos and fp2500's) i need to charge for this 500 so any other testing of packs i'm sure would be welcomed by all. the real problem is i have a single cellpro, charging is becoming interesting.
Nice to hear the servo is working out well.
I was in two minds over whether to install my 9257 or just go for a full size servo, after hearing Ash and Trevs escapades with their tail servos.
i would say to anyone the 9257 works fine and there is various videos of people giving it serious stick with mini servos, trev said the 9257 worked but didn't feel right, i can understand that point of view and take it onboard. i guess the only way for people to find out is try both, if your not worried about the extra weight then just use a fullsize servo from the start. it is "only" 40g ish. that may or may not be noticable in flight but i used to fly pattern planes and adding weight is a major no no unless the reward is there to merit it. ash/trev think the reward is there, i have not tried it nor intend to at this point as it's working fine just now. if i find it blows out or feels vauge (tried and it's fine just now) or something i will change it in time. however, the mini servo i'm sure will be plenty for a lot of users.
I reckon the new Revolectrix 10S charger (or two) will be useful for you then
I have 4x 3S 2200 packs currently. Two flight packs...
How are you finding the 9257 on the tail?
I've not had a chance to fly mine yet
Cheers,
Rob
Im gonna be using 2100's to start with got 6 of em for my 450 so gonna see how they work and then go on from there.
Ivew already got 2 cellpro 4s's but I could well be tempted by the 10S plus maybe in a bit some dedicated batteries for it but we'll see, just got to build it first
