T-Rex 600 phasing - solved

i got my upgrade swash plate and wash out arms, i compared the 2 the plastic bits and there is about 2mm difference. meaning the inner part of the swash plate is rotated anti-clockwise.

its a loss of face exercise to mention the phasing issue.

I'm not a 3D hot dog pilot but even i can tell the difference in flight.

It's a good job I can't fly well enough to notice the 600 being out of phase, I tend to put in too many manual inaccuracies, but I know quite a few people who can fly very well. . . . . now, maybe they are flying the imperfections out, but I'm starting to smell a little urine in the air.

Got a 600 Nito Pro about 2 months ago,will this suffer from this issue or was it resolved by then?

Yes it will suffer from the issue. The upgraded part is not installed on any of the kits as standard. You have to buy it as an upgrade

we must thank ash for bringing this upgrade to our attention, if i werent a personnel friend of trev burley i would never have known about the fix.

i still think (in my opinion) the trex 600 ep is a freaking awsome helicopter considering its align's first helicopter. cant wait to see what else they come out with.

righto guys.....just went to fit the upgrades and i have noticed something and was wondering if anyone else has found the same.

the new washout that comes is too narrow for my pins on the headblock. the pins are not bent at all but the washout falls out of the pins very easily (i mean side to side not up and down and this is off the heli so no main mast admitedly). i have checked the old one and there is no way the same will happen to it.

just want to see what everyone else has found re this. this doesn't look like it owuld happen on the heli once the main shaft is through the washout but there is not a lot of pin stopping it as i'm only catching maybe 3/4 ish of each pin when it's on the heli.

anyone else seen this? just making sure mines isn't a one off before i hook it all up.

mine fitted nicely with no problems, i know two other pilots who have fitted theirs with no problem either.
