I am building a P380 which will be my 2nd backyard heli and will fly them together.

I had the 550 out for 8 packs today after repairing it from when I crashed it about 2 years ago. I've only been flying my 3s 450L since then. I much prefer the 550 as it's just so much more stable in the air. I had a ball link pop of the tail on my second pack too but auto'd down, repaired it and carried on. Still trying to get better at inverted but I got a long way to go lol.

Great day up the field today. All packs done of the max V2, got to properly see how the cheap project 600n flies (very well actually!) and kept it real with the flybars on a recently acquired JR Voyager 50.

Really enjoyed doing mild sport aeros with a well made, smooth flying flybarred machine again!

Got 19 flights in today...crashed my 380 on the last flight of the day

I made the final few tweaks on the Raptor gasser, the engine is now pretty much tuned, backed the swash gain down a few ticks and it's now really smooth and flies great. Just tried some SAB 720s and fitted the Rave canopy. I also took out the Beam 450 and slowly but surely I am getting used to the tiny size again and able to enjoy flying it.

There was absolutely not a breath of wind this evening so I punted the 130 round the garden. It was nice and easy and for a change I enjoyed it tremendously.

Saw someone flying at shc last Sunday. All I made out was some rolls and a couple of short bursts if piroflips. Looked like a 90 size. That got me thinking later about matt lodge and the last time I flew with him. He was struggling with the 12oclock to 9oclock section of ccw rolling circuits. That must be 4 years ago now as it was just before I done grass roots.

I had my maidend flight with my new KSE absolutely loved it! Very different to what I expected but a good different.

Just wanted to thank RC Hero for a great deal, Tony aka Forza for the help with the wiring when I lost a bit of motivation and thank you to the one and only Connor Sloan who was supportive, abusive and to top if off flew the cr*p out of it.

Making the most of the weather I took out the trusty TDR today. I think this is the first time I've flown with this canopy. Anyway, I had not flown the TDR in a few weeks and had almost forgotten just how good it is. Something about it is just so right, so spot-on, it just slices through the air, and all at less than 1300 headspeed, it's really a joy to fly.
