Did YOU fly today??

Sweet-sweet music! The sound of blades "farting" in the air. 1st time in over three months my 550's batts have been used in anger, must admit being more than a little rusty. But how nice is it to fly outdoors :0) after over 3 months flying indoors with the 450, being out in the open I had sooo much more fun.
Flying off the local trading estate, had a good audience also. Couple of whoops & cheers-but I'm sure they would rather seen me go in-lol.

Flew again this morning (1 deg.C and frosty); loved flying my 450 & 700e until my fingers went numb and a bit of rain came down. Might go again later; sun is shining, not a breath of wind.

No, I wish I could. Came from a night shift and will be working still for two more nights. On the bright side, I had a good run bashing my savage on the park and jumps on the bmx track. Ahh, the smell of nitro; fresh in the morning.

i know Muffin the Mule is no longer legal but I'm clueless what 'bashing your savage' entails! Perhaps I'm better off not knowing

Managed to squeeze 3 flights in due to not raining for a change, vbar behaved floorlessly as usual.

Flew today 6 batteries and found an electrical fault I thought I had cured. Found the fault around 80feet. List of spares to long to write down. Still
weather just right for a few flights now. Suns out, no wind, getting warmer and heli in bits. Crash rebuild, go on. Cheers

Definition: In the RC world, bashing is racing without rules or regulations. It is just driving and testing the limits of your RC car or truck. Bashing includes making high jumps and not worrying too much about the landing. Wrecks are not something to be avoided but rather something to laugh about.

Ive bin flying today , two lipos through me mini titan , two tanks of fuel through me raptor 30 ,and tank fuel through me raptor 50 , bin great ,lots of nose in practise and some lazy eight training ,loving it , esp now flying around field and not just hovering

7 flights on the 450 Pro and 6 on the 130x today...more flights today than in the last 6 months...was getting all orientations back comfortable again and turning both ways etc. now can hold inverted nose in for as long as I like and loops, stall turns etc are a piece of cake. Maiden of my new Logo 400 today, only a couple of hovers but it's so stable and tail is rock solid, a superb piece of equipment, can't wait to give it a another go, a proper flight next time
