Well it finally clicked today, backwards inverted circuits, still a bit untidy but it's coming along nicely at last.

Just ordered bits for my logo, some i found i already had. Just needed tail pitch arms & tail blades. I was going to try some Edge but gone with KBDD again to save money & bought another flybar. I like KBDD blades & the EDGE were only for appearance rather than performance. So i'll be flying again next week in time for the rain lol

snuck away from work a bit earlier and did 6 flights this arvo. Lessons and sim really paying off, major jumps forward in my flying - well chuffed

The last few weeks I have intentionally not been out flying because the two or three weeks before that I just began to lose enjoyment in flying. I was going out there and going through the motions but just not feeling the same buzz I used to so I decided to take a little break.

Today I went out to help someone working on preparing for his heli A test and I also got in a few flights with the Trex 500 and the Beam and now I really feel like I'm back in the saddle. My hovering was atrocious but the aero stuff felt good and even though I was just taking it easy I was feeling that buzz again so I am quite happy about that.

They've welded bars across the gap we used to use to go through at Gover Rd and also it's like a Jungle in the field atm. Take some shears if you go there.

No flying for me this week but here's
My son hovering a quad for the first time. 2 lipos worth in the back garden. Had autolevel enabled and dual rates to 50%. He's had a fair few hours on the sim in the past too. No damages and no scarred instant throttle off's either. .just gentle landings when he got near the fence or wanted to start again from the middle of the garden.

i got a old honey bee king 2/3 with a load of spairs if you fancey setting it up for him needs servos ..are i got a belt cp frame take them away see what you can do for the lad (most parts from head fit both helis)

i got no hope of mine touching them other than to smash thm into the floor

Finished work nice and early today so took out the Logo and the 700. Trying to make the most of the sunshine as I suspect the forecast of drizzle on Saturday will no doubt turn out to be the storm to end all storms!
