i flew a few packs today until i lay ed my TX down on a plank flat switched it on then plugged in my Helli and could not figure out why it would not bind ( bind button on the bottom of the dx7 ) stupid plank anyway got 3 flights out of 5 in so not a total waste of time

think ill attach a bind plug to my TX now just in case

met up with Shauny, aparkin and That Guy. Shauny did his first inverted piro circle and very nice it was indeed. Your a natural mate :-) aparkin is also coming along nicely all in all a great mornings flying.

no, its still bolloxed.

I took it apart just to 'check' that I didnt have any more damage than I thought, and then realised that all the drive train, apart from the pinion of course, is broken, all the way to the tail, including weirdly the one way bearing, which just spins freely in any direction.

So I had a sulk for another day, and im going to have to get on and order the parts on Monday night. Friday is my first day off for ages....

Im only looking to have just the one Tx, so a part ex wouldnt be ideal to be honest. I will only be looking for 'sensible' money though and would rather it went to a club member than elsewhere.

Yes I did fly today, and I've reached a decision on Fbl, it its a complete bag of poo in higher winds. The G4 was getting tossed about like a top hat in wind that has never bothered my fly barred 55 or spectra g.

I'm keeping a fly barred model for the crap days
