i got 5 batteries on my 450 doing flips and rolls and a little inverted noise in still not happy with the way the beastx feels i got the tail solid now. so i need to sort out the spongy swash movement time for some reading

Took the Logo out today, the more I fly it the more I like it, I even managed a piro flip roll on the warmer weather, my finger tips get too cold after sveveral minutes of flying, big air stuff for cold weather I think.

what a perfect day ...

due to my job I didnt had any time to fly for the last 3 weeks and after initially taking the 550 out I though I better "risk" the 500 instead ...

didnt go too bad from my perspective felt a bit "rusty" but loved it being back at the field flying ... so I did put through 5 packs ...

after having my fun on the 500 I grabbed the 550 and enjoyed myself that much that I broke one of my sticks for the 700 and so did put 4 packs through it ...

I had 2 sticks for the 700 left and there was still some time so I took the 700 out and flattened those 2 as well, one flight had a close to fatal event but I had just enough stick travel left to avoid it ...

So that comes to a total of 11 flights ... really enjoyed it today

Nice to hear you've cracked them. Only a quick flip with the mcpx on the way to the petrol station for me.

Just 5 130x flights today, hopefully I'll get to the field on Tuesday to give my 450 and 550 a thrashing

A perfect day here in Lincolnshire too.
Did five packs with the 500 with some nice circuits, big loops, rolls, double stall turns etc, then rest of the time was spent practicing nose in inverted, getting braver now, had it a foot of the floor!!!

4 flights on the 700e DFC, think i've got it set up just as I like it now, so no more excuses for not flying it, and 3 flights with the 550e DFC ending with stripped umbrella gears, my own fault. As usual DRM Black7 demonstrated his smooth and precise flying getting nice and low with the 700e, while struggling with the effects of MAN FLU!

It's been fine rain most of the day hear in Exeter but did manage half a dozen flights with mcpx bl nose in inverted and it felt real comfy. I can feel my basic skills are almost complete now.

4 flights on the 700e DFC, think i've got it set up just as I like it now, so no more excuses for not flying it, and 3 flights with the 550e DFC ending with stripped umbrella gears, my own fault. As usual DRM Black7 demonstrated his smooth and precise flying getting nice and low with the 700e, while struggling with the effects of MAN FLU!

Eight flights through the new, 6003D-tailed, 600-bladed logo 500(se I guess) today at the Cuffley flying club field. Really appreciated the gas fire in the clubhouse for warming up those icy fingers between flights (and the lipos), and regular cups of coffee.

I started on my mission to develop some sort of routine, to include as many of the moves I've currently got in my 'armoury', and experiment with transitions from trick to trick. It's the thing I've really been missing from my flying so far - all my flights tend to be 'try a move - hover - try a move - hover - etc' or 'stall turn - try a FF move - stall turn - move. . .'

Bit chilly, but great fun!

Great day today. Sunny, not at all cold and just a light breeze. Flew 4 batteries on the Trex 450 testing out self-leveling and bailout mode on the HC3-SX and a couple of batteries on the 450X until I lost orientation and stuffed it into the mud trying to to do steep banked turns.

Not too much damage... blades, feathering shaft, skids but that is all I can see from a brief inspection at the field. We'll see.

In spite of the crash it was a good day

Maidened the 450x today, 6 flights, nice and stable, slight backwards drift so will run through the setup again before the next session.

Broke the 130x... again, it launched a tail blade grip midflight and went in hard, oh well :/ lol
