I know others have upgraded servos but my thinking is that in a crash, something is bound to break and that will be the weakest point. At least, if the gears break, they're easy to replace and this "saves" the motor in the servo. With titanium gears, the gears probably won't fail, so the servo motor may take a beating...
I'm sticking with the standard setup on the B400 whilst learning even though I'm sure better servos and gyro would help the heli fly better, and are probably needed for better pilots.
I'd rather save the cash towards really good servos and gyro for the next heli when (hopefully!) I won't crash so much, and my flying skills have got a little better...
