Cheers Boggy i will leave it alone, scares me any way. I think i will put some more hours in on Phoenix, and when my bits come for Lama 4, keep on that for while yet. I don't think ready for blade 400 yet. Patience is the key. I can fly my blade on Phoenix, just waiting for nice warm calm day's in summer. Rock on.

Let me know if you want fish advice i will show you some good forums. i learnt loads in them and with the help of some fantastic people, just like in here. I am a fish out of water here, But all the people here are great and help you loads. You will get there.

I know off topic but that little white tip shark in aviator. she was 2.5mtrs in length and came up to my face mask, and shoved me like we would move a Fly, she was a darling, she kept coming back for fish and i never once felt threatened by her. But one look at teeth, and you knew who was boss. This world is amazing and we just don't see most of it.

Joking aside, i used to keep a shoal of 18 red bellied pirhana's now they were cool

Now have a wall aquarium 6ft long 1ft deep and 4" away from the wall which is tricky to maintain! killed loads of neons!!!

Wife has taken over with two pairs of mollies and its like a bloody mangrove nursery in there!!

Anyway she is happy and i can crack on with spunking shed loads of time and cash on my 600n!!!

Does anybody know of a good Helicopter club, or shop say 20-30 miles from me in skelmersdale where i can go and have set up checked on my helicopters, and someone to test fly them, at least then i would know if it was setup right. and not just my crapy flying ability.

if your worried there are a few easy checks you can do your self!

set the throttle HOLD top right at the back to 1(this will disable the motor)
slowly raise the left stick if the motor doesn't engage set it to mid position.
now look at all your linkages and swash.
the arms should all be level as should the swash plate.
the servo arms should be the same.the front servo should have its linkage at 90 degrees to its self
fold the blades back together and they should touch tips
open the blades looking along the blade from the tip the leading and trailing edge should line up with the flybar.
if you need pictures you'll have to give me a while!!

Checked all that out and all seems to be fine servos all at 90 degrees, Blades touch tips when folded back and look level with flybar, does that mean that its all ship shape and Bristol Fasion then. Go out and let rip in field again, now snow gone.

Sounds like a sensible idea but I have to compete with 2 kids and a wife for the PC

Would carbon fiber main and tail blades improve stability and performance on Blade 400. or stick with wooden ones, i noticed when i put carbon fiber blades on Honeybee it seemed alot more balanced.

i use the twister storm carbons. they dont feel alot different, but when you spool up and hit idle up they are invisible!!! hovering becomes a whole new chalenge!
