and make sure you set the swash to single 90 degree servo, not 120

Tiddler's right, all you need to know is in the destruction manual, works as advertised.
                Trex 450 SEV2.
Trex 450 SEV2, hack, freeby, but getting expensive. Binned the bu**er !
                Trex 550 V2. Adrenalin ( brown kind )
mCPX, better than a Phoenix anyday.
                Several planks, gathering dust.

Brains and thumbs work okay, but not at the same time.

Sussed it,forgot to reverse the pitch, find now, seems very lively, when you throttle back is it normal for it to seems to bang down on the floor much more positivly than my 120sr,is it because it has more negative pitch?
Thanks guys, keep the help coming ..

when in idel up YES its 3d the 120 is not... so when in idel up you will have the same head speed in + pitch (upward ) and - (downward) so the heli will go up and down fast

Thnaks,it not in idle up as far as i know when throttle at bottom it doesn't do anything, when throttle up like 120sr it takes off,but if i throttle back it seems to come down hard on the ground,is this my pitch curves,or is it normal, setup using settings from book at moment, will experiment though with all your help guys.

You may have a little too much negative pitch.
Try setting the blades at right angles in the blade grips, switch throttle hold on and centre the collective/throttle stick.
Both blades should sit level at this mid point. If their pointing slightly downwards try lengthening the servo rods a couple of turns each until the blades do sit level with each other.

Edit:- Also check the main gear is fully pressed onto the main shaft so there is no up and down slack.
