Yes, pitch, elev and ail should all move and push the swash up uniformly.

    What is happening?

Don't know about the Flasher 450 but I would imagine the swash should move upwards when raising the throttle.
Easiest way to check is to look at the blades and see if the pitch increases or decreases when you move the throttle. You need the pitch to increase (Leading edge moves up) when raising the throttle.

                I think the flasher 450 is a T-rex 450 clone?

If so, view the CCPM set-up vids here.

You are worrying me a little as, from the questions you are asking, I don't think you should progress this build to flight until you have had the machine checked out by someone that knows their stuff. It'll end in tears I fear.

where did that come from Satch? mine looks like this

"the channel reverse and swash mix may be different so to set these up first follow this quick guide.
set throttle hold or better still disconnect the motor then

move the throttle stick up and down. all three servo's should move together,as you raise the stick the swash should fall. as you lower it the swash should rise.( if there is a problem go to the reverse menu in the set up list and alter the pitch/airl/elev servo's till they all work together correctly.

                  now the right stick.
                  stand behind the heli.
each movement of the right stick should move the swash the same. eg forward tilts the swash forward etc. if you have a problem go to the swash mix menu. you will see the 3 values set with either a + or - %
if the swash tips back instead of forwards change the value of the elev mix to opposite what it is now set at(eg from +60% to -60%)
if the swash tips right instead of left change the airl value to opposite.
if the swash tips at an angle when you apply forward stick change the pitch mix value to opposite"

of course you have to take into consideration that the blade400 swash works in the opposite direction to most.

i believe the flasher does infact rise when the throttle is raised

and tbh Mart61 seems to have this guy covered so we are probably just complicating matters by chipping in

Have you viewed the ccpm vids on helifreak? Are all three servos moving upwards?
