Blinding chap, thank you very much indeed.

From one newbie to another, I'm not sure as to your stage in flying, but the only piece of advice I can give in my limited fashion is practice like hell on the sims.

Best of luck to your continuing success as well my friend.

Flights 10-11 last night on the playing field was great, got through two batts, Mike flew his 450 and Brian flew his Blade 400, plus we had a short display of Mikes new Rappy 30, what a piece of kit that was.

Lack of light ended play, but I managed to fly my 450 at around 20 ft + which felt good plus was my new height record, then it was round mine for some brews while Mike flew his little buzz Fly heli, wicked little flyer.

Today I went back to the field, had my Niece and Nephew with me and they loved watching her fly, this was flight No'12, wind was quite strong, it took her up a few times so I brought her down the usual way, I practiced flying head on and sideways into the wind, it made for some interesting flying, challenging as I'd never flown in such gusts before.

Then the dreaded 13th flight was here, fresh batt after about four minutes I decied it was just to windy and I wasn't going to risk any more fly time.

But when I arrived back at my gaff the garden was well sheltered from the strong winds, so I practiced some precise flying on the patio, trying to keep her in one place , of course there was a little wind, and I sub trimmed the rudder to make her more responsive so I let my 13th end with some gentle hovering over my patio, just glade I've got number 13 out the way LOL, charging the Maxp's as hopefully tonight it'll have calmed down for a few early evening flights.
